Terms and Conditions of the Quipu Affiliate Program
Last updated: 23/01/2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Quipu Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By registering as an affiliate through Quipu's affiliate platform (Rewardful), or by participating in any way in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The entity responsible for Quipu (hereinafter, “Quipu”, “we”) is the owner of the website getquipu.com in accordance with the information published in the Legal Notice of the site. The affiliate (“Affiliate”, “you”) is the natural or legal person who registers and participates in the Program.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- Affiliate: natural or legal person accepted into the Program and with access to an affiliate dashboard in Rewardful.
- Affiliate Link: unique URL assigned to the Affiliate to attribute traffic and conversions.
- Referred Customer: user who accesses Quipu through the Affiliate Link and creates an account.
- Conversion: when a Referred Customer signs up for and pays a Quipu subscription (monthly or annual), with the subscription becoming active.
- Active Subscription: subscription that is in force and up to date with payments, with no unpaid invoices, refunds or effective cancellations.
- Net Amount Paid: amount actually collected by Quipu for the subscription, excluding taxes (e.g., VAT) and deducting refunds, returns, chargebacks and bank/financial fees where applicable.
2. Enrollment in the Program and access
2.1. Registration
Registration for the Program is done through:https://quipu.getrewardful.com/signup
2.2. Access to the dashboard
Once registered, the Affiliate can access the dashboard at:https://quipu.getrewardful.com/login
2.3. Approval and eligibility
Quipu may approve or reject applications at its discretion, as well as request additional information to verify identity, promotional activity or regulatory compliance. Quipu may reject affiliations related to illegal, misleading or brand-incompatible activities.
2.4. Ability to invoice (if applicable)
To collect commissions, Quipu may require that the Affiliate is able to issue an invoice or provide equivalent tax documentation, according to applicable regulations and the type of Affiliate.
3. How the Program works
3.1. Attribution
The attribution of Referred Customers and Conversions is carried out using Rewardful's tracking technology and/or associated mechanisms (cookies, URL parameters or others).
3.2. Technical limitations
Tracking may be affected by cookie blockers, private browsing, browser/device settings, third-party restrictions or other factors. Quipu does not guarantee perfect attribution in all cases. In the event of a discrepancy, internal and/or Rewardful records will prevail, except in the case of an obvious error.
3.3. General attribution rule (standard criterion)
Unless Quipu specifies another rule in its public documentation, the Program uses standard affiliate attribution (e.g., last attributable click within a reasonable window). Quipu reserves the right to adjust this configuration to prevent fraud, duplication or attribution conflicts.
4. Commissions
4.1. Commission percentage
The Affiliate earns a commission of 30% on the Net Amount Paid for the subscription signed up for by a Referred Customer.
4.2. Commission duration
- Monthly plans: the Affiliate earns commission month after month for a maximum of 12 months, provided the Subscription remains Active.
- Annual plans: the Affiliate earns commission just once, on the Net Amount Paid corresponding to the annual payment.
4.3. Discounts and promotions
If the Referred Customer signs up with a discount (whether a public promotion or an affiliate-exclusive discount), the commission is calculated on the Net Amount Paid actual amount after applying that discount.
4.4. When a commission is generated
A commission is only generated when:
- the subscription is paid,
- the subscription is active, and
- there is no applicable refund/chargeback/reimbursement.
4.5. Exclusions (do not generate commission)
- Self-referrals (the Affiliate refers themselves or entities under their control).
- Fraudulent accounts or those created with false information.
- Conversions arising from prohibited practices (see Section 7).
- Refunds, chargebacks or returns: Quipu may cancel or adjust commissions already recorded.
5. Commission payments
5.1. Minimum threshold
Commission payments are made when the Affiliate accumulates a minimum of 50€ in approved commissions (“Payout Threshold”).
5.2. Payment schedule
Once the Payout Threshold is reached, Quipu will pay out the commissions at the end of the month in which that threshold is reached (or on the business days immediately following, for operational/banking reasons).
5.3. Payment method
Payment will be made via the method enabled by Quipu (for example, bank transfer). The Affiliate must provide valid details (e.g., IBAN) and keep them up to date.
5.4. Taxation
The Affiliate is responsible for:
- declaring commission income in accordance with applicable regulations,
- issuing an invoice or tax document where applicable, and
- covering any associated taxes, withholdings or fees.
Quipu may withhold payments if tax details or documentation are missing, or if there is a legal withholding obligation.
5.5. Currency and bank fees
Unless otherwise stated, payments are made in euros (€). Bank fees for international transfers or other charges may be borne by the Affiliate, unless a different legal obligation applies.
6. Affiliate-exclusive discounts (confidentiality)
6.1. Availability
Quipu may provide affiliate-exclusive discounts to improve conversion (monthly and/or annual). These discounts may change or be withdrawn at any time.
6.2. Non-public nature
The codes or details of exclusive discounts:
- are shared only with registered affiliates,
- must not be published on coupon pages, “deals” forums or public repositories,
